In an age in which ethical values and legal requirements are frequently disregarded and subordinate to profit-motivated thinking, ALSO-Actebis considers it crucial that all its employees are able to take guidance from a set of clearly defined principles. Respect for human dignity and the law as well as the impeccable reputation of our Group demand that our actions are in line with the highest ethical values. It takes many years to establish a good reputation but only minutes to ruin it.
ALSO-Actebis employees must therefore:
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Adhere to high ethical standards by respecting the rights and dignity of all persons with whom they are dealing and by not accepting illicit benefits nor extending such benefits to other persons.
- Not compete in any way with ALSO-Actebis's business and avoid conflicts of interest to the detriment of ALSO-Actebis.
- Keep ALSO-Actebis's business, financial and technical data as well as internal business documents confidential, and not misappropriate ALSO's or other companies' tangible assets or intellectual property.
- Actively help ALSO-Actebis to ensure compliance with this Code of Ethics.
